On the other hand, our transparent customized cases are, Transparent design offers flexibility in your customizable design. Try uploading a clear png image so you can show off your phone's unique color.Raised bumper corners provide a small cushion for minor bumps and drops.

To place an order for a personalized item, make sure to check your model and click the button that says "Customize", once you have customized the item, you choose the option that says "Continu to Cart". If you are having a trouble, just email us at support@casesondeck.com.

Yes, as long as the order is not yet been fulfilled/process, you may cancel your order. You will receive an email order confirmation if your order has been processed.

For the Customized item, you cannot cancel once it has been processed. It is considered a sale if you happen to purchased a customized item.

Yes, as long as there is an option that you can customize the item you want. There are items that are non-customizable so make sure to check the option.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All orders get free shipping in the USA via USPS. Other couriers and outside the USA has a shipping fee that may vary.

CaseOnDeck normally ships out items within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation together with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Refunds & Replacements

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we're happy to help as long as the item is not damaged/defective. You can email us directly and we'll help you through the process.

For Custom printed items, the sales are final once the order has been processed. Meaning, you cannot return the item unless the item you received was damage or defect we can process a replacement. However, if the item was an accessory a non-customizable item it has a 30-day window. the customer is responsible for the return of the item.

Personalized items are final sale. We offer free of charge for items that are defective or damaged through shipping or at our fault.

If you happen to received a damaged/defective item upon shipping, kindly send us an email together with your order number and a photo of the label in the shipping item you received. It would take 6-10 business days for you to receive the replacement. No need to return the damaged/defective item.

Once we received the information of the returned item for a refund, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds typically take about 2-3 days depending on your bank. You will received a notification from the email address you gave when ordering. If the refund is not yet on your account but you already received a notification, please contact your bank.

We will replace or refund an order if there was an order mix-up that we are at fault for. Please don't hesitate to send us an email at support@casesondeck.com.

To expedite your issue, please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the item clearly showing the issue.

At CasesOnDeck we strive to accurately describe our items to ensure the best possible customer experience. All our product pages have a detailed description that states compatibility with devices, for this reason if the wrong item is ordered customized cases cannot be returned except for the reasons mentioned above.

Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
